Proton Calendar includes keyboard shortcuts to help you navigate and manage your schedule more efficiently.

Enabling or disabling shortcuts

Keyboard shortcuts are enabled by default. You can disable them anytime by opening the side panel in Proton Calendar and toggling off Keyboard shortcuts.

Quick actions menu

Press Cmd (⌘) + K on macOS or Ctrl + K on Windows/Linux to open the quick action panel. From there, you can quickly access calendar views, create events, and more.

Common shortcuts

Basic actions

  • N – Create a new event
  • / – Search events
  • Cmd (⌘) + K / Ctrl + K – Open quick actions menu
  • ? – Open the keyboard shortcuts modal

Navigation

  • T – Jump to today
  • 1 – Switch to day view
  • 2 – Switch to week view
  • 3 – Switch to month view
  • – Move to the next period
  • – Move to the previous period
